Alcohol injection is performed by Dr. Leonard Marks (center), while Dr. Mark Plante (at left) observes. Monitor in foreground demonstrates obstructing lobes of prostate. At right is anesthesiologist, Dr. Luis Torres. Topical anesthesia plus intravenous sedation are used for this 10-minute procedure.
