Conclusion:  Therefore, on the 20th anniversary of the prostate-specific antigen, the challenge is to find an even better marker to test for prostate cancer, the main problem being a lack of cancer specificity with PSA. On the brighter side, several new tests from the world of molecular biology appear highly promising! These tests will be the subject of a future update.
